Simple, fair information about cancelling a membership, requesting a refund and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.<\/p>\n

Cancel any time<\/p>\n

Monthly cancellations normally preserve access to the end of the paid period. Annual plans do not auto-renew.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Refunds considered fairly<\/p>\n

Change-of-mind requests are reviewed individually, not automatically approved.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Five business days<\/p>\n

We aim to initiate approved refunds within five business days.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
